Terms of Service

Speaking is an AI-powered English tutor. You speak, our tutor responds, and we score your level and progress. The app is provided on an as-is basis.

CEFR estimates, feedback, and module plans are generated by large language models. They are indicative guidance — not certified proficiency results. Do not rely on them for academic or professional accreditation.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown in the store until you cancel. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play settings at any time.
• We do not process payments directly. Apple and Google handle billing under their own terms.
• Refunds follow Apple and Google policies. Contact the store for a refund request.

• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Don't share or publish audio of other people without their consent.
• One account per person.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. Deletion removes your profile, assessments, practice sessions, recordings, and Firebase user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
