Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play — you can cancel in two taps. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
Do I need a credit card to try the app?
No. The CEFR assessment and the first module are free. You only enter payment details when you upgrade to Pro.
What happens if I re-subscribe after cancelling?
Your progress, plan, and assessment history are saved to your account. Re-subscribing picks up exactly where you left off.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their standard policies. Contact the store directly within their refund window.
Is there a student discount?
Not yet, but the annual plan is 50% cheaper per month than monthly billing — which is the best deal we can offer today.
Do you offer a family plan?
